I’m glad the procedure went ok and your mom is on the mend.  Don’t be so hard on yourself - being a caregiver is tough and exhausting.  Try to relax on your break tomorrow.

The surgeon is going to be surprised when you kiss her on the lips! How wonderful of her to be “human”.

Tomorrow is a short time away (keep repeating that to yourself) for a dose of fray-check.  I hope it comes quickly for you.
